Premium Bath: Wash (shampoo/conditioner), dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning, brushing and anal gland expression as requested The estimated time is 3 hours.
Full Groom: Includes everything listed in Premium Bath plus a sanitary trim and hair cut. The estimated time is 3 hours.
Basic Bath: Wash + dry only. Only available as an add-on to daycare.

Grooming Policies
Matting
Regular brushing is essential to prevent matting, especially for dogs with long coats, which should be brushed daily. Depending on the severity of the matting, an additional fee may apply for brushing out knots. Severe matting close to the skin may require shaving, which will also incur an extra charge. If matting is too severe to groom, we recommend consulting a vet, as hematomas can form. Thank you for your understanding!
No Calls & No Shows
We value your time and ours! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know in advance. If an appointment is missed without notice, a fee for the full grooming service will be charged to the card on file. Please note that repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Thank you for your understanding!
Last Minute Cancellations & Rescheduling
As a small business & non profit, we truly appreciate your support! To help us manage our schedule, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 24 hours' notice. If less notice is given, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file, along with applicable taxes and fees.
