Getting Started
We are so excited to welcome you to Pawsability Dog Club. Below is a rundown of how to get your dog(s) signed up for services on our portal.
1) Create an account for you and your dog by clicking HERE
We require that customers add each pet individually and sign our Member Service Agreement.
We are required by the Department of Health to have current vaccine records on file for all dogs in our facility. Vaccine information may be uploaded via the customer portal or emailed to hello@pdcbk.com. To enter our facility:
All dogs must be current on the following vaccines: rabies, bordetella and distemper/parvo (DHPP).
Puppies must have completed all rounds of the distemper/parvo vaccine in addition to the other vaccines listed above.
All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months old
Although not required, we highly recommend the canine Influenza vaccine/H3N2, leptospirosis vaccine and that dogs are current on flea, tick and heartworm treatment.
2) If you are interested in daycare…
Book a Behavior Assessment by logging in and selecting: your dog > start booking > daycare > behavior assessment.
All of our new dogs require a behavior assessment. This is to introduce your dog(s) to our daycare environment to ensure they feel comfortable and are well suited for group play!
Please note, assessments are not scheduled until you receive a confirmation email from Pawsability.
Once confirmed, visit us at Pawsability on the day of your scheduled assessment. This meeting will take approximately 1 hour and if all goes well, your pup is welcomed to stay for a free trial of daycare. Alternatively, you can use your free trial on a separate date.
You cannot sign up for Pawsability’s daycare services until this meeting takes place.
2) If you are interested in grooming, walking or training…
Grooming & Training: go ahead and request an appointment with our groomer and/or trainer!
Dog walking: book a “Meet & Greet”. This meeting is to introduce you and your dog(s) to our walking services, review logistics and requirements. This takes place at your home and is approximately 30 minutes.
